The project-enquiry form collects your name, email address, company or brand when provided, company website when provided, project type, indicative budget, target launch date when provided, project brief and confirmation that you have read this notice.

The Hospitality Film Brief form collects your name, work email, property or brand type and your consent choice.

Project-enquiry information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential collaboration and take steps you request before a possible contract.

When you request the Hospitality Film Brief, your information is used to provide access to the guide and, with the explicit consent shown on that form, to send no more than two relevant follow-up emails about hospitality film production. It is not added to a general newsletter. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing Maison Kamina.

Personal information is not sold to third parties.

Form submissions are transmitted by FormSubmit and the website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. These providers process information only as necessary to deliver their respective technical services. You can review the FormSubmit privacy information and OpenAI privacy policy.

With your permission, Maison Kamina uses Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as project enquiries, guide requests, video plays and contact-link clicks. Analytics is disabled unless you accept it. No form names, email addresses, project descriptions or other enquiry contents are sent to Google Analytics.

You can refuse analytics without affecting the website and change your choice at any time. Google may process analytics information according to its own privacy terms.

Project-enquiry information is retained for up to 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted unless a collaboration begins or a longer period is required to meet contractual or legal obligations. Hospitality Film Brief request information is retained for up to six months, or deleted sooner when consent is withdrawn.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal information, and you may object where applicable. Send your request to hello@maisonkamina.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).

This notice may be updated when Maison Kamina’s legal registration or website services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
